Terms and Conditions – GentMode

 

Welcome to GentMode (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website www.gentmode.in (the “Site”) and our associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including both buyers (“Users”) and registered vendors (“Vendors”).

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using GentMode, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to review the latest version periodically.

 

2. Eligibility and Use of the Platform

  • You must be at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence to use our services.
  • You agree not to use GentMode for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of any terms may result in suspension or termination of your access.

3. Orders, Cancellations, and Deliveries

  • Users can browse, select, and place orders for products offered on the platform.
  • Orders may be canceled in accordance with our Order Cancellation Policy before the order status is marked as “Ready to Ship.”
  • While we aim to ensure product listings are accurate, we do not guarantee that all content, prices, or availability information will be error-free or current at all times.

4. User-Generated Content

  • Users may submit reviews, comments, and feedback through the Platform.
  • By submitting content, you grant GentMode a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, modify, publish, display, and distribute that content for marketing and platform improvement purposes.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of GentMode is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZYPAYHUB E-COMMERCE PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use the Platform
  • Errors, delays, or service interruptions
  • Loss of data, profits, or goodwill
  • Unauthorized access to your account

7. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account or access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, especially in case of violations of these Terms.

 

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India.
